The Servo Driven Aluminium Food Container Machine ZL-T130 is a high speed pressing solution developed for the mass production of disposable aluminium foil containers, plates and trays. A servo motor drives the feeding system so that the feeding step and speed are controlled with high precision, while the ram height is electrically adjustable to match the mold currently in use. Combined with an 80 ton H frame press body and a strongly reinforced frame, the machine holds its working accuracy at 40 to 68 strokes per minute and keeps container wall thickness and rim shape stable across a long production run. Every unit is configured with Mitsubishi control components and Schneider low voltage parts to give dependable, repeatable output.

Operation is deliberately simple. Twelve electronic cams, that is solenoid valves with adjustable pressure, are controlled by a Mitsubishi PLC, and the height and location of the feeding system are adjustable so that the line can follow the tool mounted on the press. Five air tanks and an easy to use pneumatic control panel let the operator set up multi-cavity and multi-compartment molds without complex changeover, and a memory function stores the parameters of each mold so that switching to a known container size takes only minutes. The returning force of 800 kN and a slide stroke range of 180 to 260 mm let the press handle both thin airline containers and deeper folded trays.

It produces circular, square, rectangular, oval and custom shaped containers with smooth wall or wrinkle wall profiles, as well as multi-compartment meal trays and lidded containers. Every machine and mold is tested and run before packing, and the feeding accuracy, ram height and stacking alignment are verified against the order. The line is fixed inside the container and packed with wooden cabinets so that the press, molds and control cabinet are well protected during shipping.
