The Aluminium Food Container Machine ZL-T80 is a fully automatic production line purpose-built for manufacturing aluminium foil food containers, dishes, trays and plates at industrial scale. From the automatic decoiler and feeder head through the hydraulic press to the multi-lane auto stacker, the line performs feeding, punching, scrap aspiration and stacking in one synchronized flow, so that a single operator can supervise the entire process. At the heart of the line sits an 80 ton H frame hydraulic press combined with a servo driven feeder that holds the feeding step and speed within a very tight tolerance, which keeps wall thickness and rim geometry consistent from the first stroke to the last.

Because the press works on a closed oil recycling system and an electrical forced grease lubrication system, daily maintenance stays simple and the machine keeps a long service life. A die shifting arm and a die lifter mounted directly on the press make mold changes fast and safe, and every mold recipe can be stored in memory, so switching between container sizes takes only a few minutes. The result is a stable, low-scrap line that is equally suitable for a large single cavity mold and for medium and small multi-cavity molds with diverse shapes and sizes.

The standard line bundles an air compressor, an automatic decoiler and feeder head, a Mitsubishi control panel and PLC, an 80 ton Yangli brand H frame pneumatic press, an aluminium foil food container mold, a 1 to 5 lane auto stacker and a scrap aspirator with a scrap baler. Twelve electronic cams, that is solenoid valves with adjustable pressure, are managed by the PLC to provide simple operation settings, while a large number of air outlets laid on the press enable the functional use of multi-cavity molds. The pneumatic control panel is easy to operate and lets the operator fine tune every station on the line.

The machine is widely deployed in take-away packaging plants, catering and central kitchen facilities, bakery and supermarket chains, airline catering suppliers and general food processing factories. It can produce square, rectangular, circular, oval and special shaped containers, covering wrinkle wall, smooth wall, pet, airline and folded container profiles. Because the final container size is defined mainly by the mold, one press line can serve several product ranges simply by changing tooling, which makes it a flexible asset for factories that supply multiple markets at the same time. Multi-compartment containers and printed lids can also be produced when the corresponding molds are fitted.

Before shipment every machine and mold is trial run and inspected to confirm that it works properly, and the feeding step, the ram height and the stacking lanes are checked against the order specification. The equipment is fixed inside the shipping container and protected with wooden cabinets, so the press, the molds and the control cabinet arrive without damage. We provide a 12 month warranty from the date of installation and commissioning, long term spare parts support, special training for your operators, and engineers available to service the machinery overseas.
